I have been a long time fan of Moon Knight, owning nearly all of his original series, random appearances, and all of his modern series.As a favorite of mine, I was more than a little saddened to see him mishandled repeatedly as Marvel tried to find a place for him in their universe after the 2006 series ended. We saw too much focus on the "ersatz Batman" idea, and later, a shoehorning of the Avengers into Moon Knight's mind that felt clumsy. It lead to an unsatisfying story with a weak conclusion. Every step forward was followed by two steps back...
Warren Ellis takes the reins on Moonie, and immediately he goes to work fixing everything wrong with the ideals awkwardly utilized before him. I was surprised to see the super-detective skills used in such an obvious fashion, but with this first issue and the second, I felt as though I was reading a real Moon Knight comic for the first time in years. I am extremely excited to see where this new series takes our hero!

Moon is great character and this new series really does him justice. If you haven't picked it up already I would highly recommend it.
this was a great buy, moon knight is in good hands and its easy to jump in and read because warren ellis is reinventing the character i recommend this title for mature readers as their is some blood and death in this series.
I'm very excited to dive into this book, I have always wanted to explore moon knights past and, his persona a little more!
